Can you make sure it gets delivered by this Friday?

We can send by “next day delivery” and by the courier that you preferred, and dispatch on time, but we can’t give any promise as the delivery itself is not in our control.

Does the price include TAX?

For UK customers, the price is inclusive of VAT, so tax is included; The VAT is removed for sale of outside UK, the tax is not included for international customers.

Can you fit it for me?

Sure. We are confident to offer you a better, quicker and cheaper fitting service than anyone else at our premises - if your travel cost can be justified.

Why is it all plastic, is it cheap and inferior?

As technology advances, all modern vehicles use plastic for external body parts as its advantages at corrosion prevention, weight reduction, paint adhesion and impact absorption etc. which often outlast vehicles themselves. 

What is Distronic?

It is Mercedes’ term of adaptive cruise control. Or ACC, Active Cruise Control, Active Distance Assist, etc. by different carmakers. Which is an advanced cruise control that automatically slows down or even stops your car when it detects other vehicles or obstacle close in front by a radar embedded in the front grille or bumper of your car.
